The Reserve by West on Warren is a premiere private event space in downtown Middlebury with seating for up to 65 people. We hold monthly private and semi-private tasting events, and the space is also available to rent out for birthday parties, family gatherings, corporate events and other private parties. The Reserve is also home to our catering kitchen, run by the same chefs who create the meals you love at the restaurant.

Our modern industrial event space is romantically lit with plenty of seating for your entire group and space to walk around and mingle. You can supply your own food and drink, or hire our gourmet catering kitchen and wait staff for the night.
Wednesday February 18: Sip & Sow: An evening in the Garden @ 6:00PM Join us for a night of gardening tips, light bites and refreshing drinks. Learn, sip and enjoy. Come grow your skills and unwind with us. Tips from an expert and a gardening starter tray to take home! $25/person
Thursday March 5th: Pour Decisions: Island Edition @ 6:00PM Sip a curated selection of rums paired with flavorful Caribbean small bites. A relaxed, island inspired event awaits. $45/person
Saturday March 14th: Irish Spirits & Small Plates 5:00PM - 8:00PM A variety of irish spirits, beer. Entrée choices include: Corned beef and cabbage $22- braised corned beef and cabbage served with carrots and potatoes Rueben $18- Rye bread, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, corned beef and thousand Island Dressing. Served with fries Fish & Chips $20- Golden fried cod served with tarter and bed fries
